Robert Sinskey Vineyards 'RSV' Vineyard Reserve 1999 Napa Valley

Merlot dominant blend from California's renowned Napa Valley.

This 1999 vintage is a blend of; 52% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon and20% Cabernet Franc.

Fletcher's 40 Year Old Tawny Port

Tawny Port is a particular style of Port in which the fortified wines are aged for a number of years in small oak casks.  This process of deliberate and careful oxidative maturation imparts typical characteristics of stewed fruits, nuts and leather. The wines do not age or improve further upon bottling.

This Port was matured for an average of 40 years prior to bottling in 2021.

Semi-sweet Riesling from the single vineyard of Nußbien (Nussbien) located in the Pfalz wine-region of south-western Germany.

Kabinett is the lightest style of German wine. It is made from grapes which were picked at full ripeness (but not late-harvested) and the style typically ranges from dry to off-dry with well balanced residual sweetness and acidity.
