Verifying your identity

To ensure all bids are legitimate and fair, we require an identity check once your total bids across any lots exceed £2,000. Once approved, you can continue bidding in our auctions without interruption.

You can submit your documentation through your Profile. After submission, our Client Service team will review your documents and notify you of the approval status.

In some cases, additional information may be required to complete the approval, which may take up to 48 hours. Please submit your documents as early as possible, as we cannot guarantee processing in time for bids placed within 48 hours of an auction closing.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to revoke approval or conduct further review if necessary.
