Shiraz from South Australia's famed Barossa valley; matured for 20 months in oak.

R. López de Heredia 'Viña Gravonia' 2012 Rioja Reserva Blanco

100% Viura (aka Macabeo) from the northern Spanish DOC of Rioja; matured in oak barrels for approximately 4 years.

Established by Don Rafael López de Heredia in 1877, R. López de Heredia is one of the most well known and respected wineries in Rioja today. An interesting note- when the term \"Reserva\" was defined in the 1970s, the owner of Viña Tondonia, Don Pedro López Heredia, objected on the grounds that the new terms were too lenient - even his most basic wine far exceeding the \"Gran Reserva\" requirements - and so refused to use the new classifications on his labels.

Ruinart Blanc-De-Blancs Chardonnay Coteaux Champenois

The Coteaux Champenois is an appellation that geographically covers the same area as the Champagne appellation of France.

Coteaux Champenois covers wine that is not sparkling including red, white and rosé wines, but the latter two are made in only very small quantities..

M.Chapoutier 'Monier De La Sizeranne' 2000 Hermitage 

Syrah from the iconic northern Rhône Valley appellation of Hermitage: matured for around 18 months in French oak with newer vintages seeing a portion matured in concrete tanks. 

Monier de la Sizeranne comes from a blending of different vineyards including; Les Bessards, Le Méal and les Greffieux.

Maison Chapoutier is without doubt one of the oldest and most renowned names in the Rhône producing some of the finest Hermitage. Today Chapoutier is both a negociant and wine maker and are active all over the Rhone valley in every major appellation owning close to 25% of the entire appellation.

Muga Prado Enea 2011 Rioja Gran Reserva

Tempranillo dominant blend from the northern Spanish DOC of Rioja; Classified as a Gran Reserva, this wine was matured for a minimum period of 24 months in oak barrels.

This wine is a blend of; 80% Tempranillo with 20% Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano.
