Torbreck \"RunRig\" 2004 Barossa

Northern-Rhone style blend of Shiraz and Viognier from the renowned Barossa valley in South Australia.

The Shiraz component is matured for 30 months in French Oak (70% new oak); The Viognier component is matured for approximately 6 months in used oak barrels; blending takes place just prior to bottling.

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc-De-Blancs 2011 Vintage Champagne 

2011 vintage Champagne from Taittinger's prestige brand, Comtes de Champagne.

Taittinger Comtes de Champagne is a highly regarded cuvée made entirely from Chardonnay grapes sourced from the best vines in the prestigious Côte des Blancs region. It is only produced when the harvest is of exceptional quality worthy of a vintage year.

Antinori 'Tignanello' 2006 Tuscany

Famed Sangiovese dominant Super-Tuscan blend; Matured in small oak barrels for 12-18 months in combination of new and used oak.

Marchesi Antinori is one of Tuscany’s most iconic producers and can trace its history back to 1385 with twenty-six generations of the Antinori family personally managing the business. In 1971, Antinori released the first vintage of Tignanello - A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc that has since become the flagship wine of Antinori. 

Tolosa Edna Ranch Pinot Noir 2015 Edna Valley, California 3x75cl

Single vineyard Pinot Noir the Edna Valley AVA within California's Central Coast: matured for 9 months in 25% new French oak barrels.  

Tolosa Winery was founded in 1988 in California's Edna Valley. Edna Ranch is the Tolosa estate vineyard.

Taylor's Quinta De Vargellas 1978 Vintage Port

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades.

Taylor Fladgate & Yeatman, more commonly known as \"Taylor’s\" was founded in 1692 and is one of the largest, oldest and most well-known of all the founding Port houses with over three centuries of production.

This bottle is a single-estate Vintage Port from Taylor's vineyards at Quinta De Vargellas.

Tenuta Fanti San Filippo 1999 Brunello di Montalcino 4x75cl

100% Sangiovese from the Tuscan town of Montalcino.

Brunello di Montalcino is one of the great under-appreciated wines of Italy.  100% Sangiovese which undergoes an extended period of pre-fermentation maceration to extract maximum colour, flavour and tannins which affords the wine its ability to mature for long periods.  Brunello di Montalcino must be aged in oak - commonly Slavonian oak - for a minimum of 2 years, though traditionally winemakers would age their Brunellos in oak for at least 3 years prior to release.

Alain Jaume 'Clos de Sixte' 2005 Lirac 9x75cl

From the appellation of Lirac in France's Southern Rhone valley, the red wines are blends which must contain a minimum 40% Grenache, minimum 25% Syrah and Mourvedre (together), Carignan and a maximum 10% of Cinsault.

Grapes were sourced from the Clos de Sixte vineyard which faces Chateauneuf du Pape.

Taittinger Brut Reserve NV Champagne

Non-vintage Champagne from the renowned House of Taittinger.

Taittinger is one of the last great independent Champagne Houses owned and managed by the same family named on the label, currently overseen by Vitalie Taittinger. Taittinger's history can be traced back to 1734, when it was originally known as Forest-Fourneaux, making the house the third oldest Champagne producer in history.

Taittinger Brut Réserve is assembled from more than 35 crus and is a blend of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier (60%). In relation to sparkling wines, the term \"Reserve\" asserts that older (reserved) wines have been included in the multi-vintage blend.
