100% Tinto Fino (aka Tempranillo) from the northern Spanish DO of Ribera Del Duero: typically aged for 21 months in 50-100% French oak barrels. 

PS is the flagship wine from Aalto, produced primarily from very old vines aged 40 to 100 years old from selected plots.

Famed Sangiovese dominant Super-Tuscan blend; Matured in small oak barrels for 12-18 months in combination of new and used oak.

Marchesi Antinori is one of Tuscany’s most iconic producers and can trace its history back to 1385 with twenty-six generations of the Antinori family personally managing the business. In 1971, Antinori released the first vintage of Tignanello - A blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc that has since become the flagship wine of Antinori.

Alain Jaume 'Clos de Sixte' 2005 Lirac 9x75cl

From the appellation of Lirac in France's Southern Rhone valley, the red wines are blends which must contain a minimum 40% Grenache, minimum 25% Syrah and Mourvedre (together), Carignan and a maximum 10% of Cinsault.

Grapes were sourced from the Clos de Sixte vineyard which faces Chateauneuf du Pape.

Ocala Orchards Farm Golden Apple Iced Wine Canada 37.5cl

A super sweet \"iced\" apple wine from Ontario, Canada.

Made in the same style and proccess as the famed Ice Wine;

Ice wine is a particularly decadent style of sweet wine, in which the grapes are left of their vines for an extended period of time, well into the winter, and are only picked - by hand and in the middle of the night - after a suitable period of constant cold temperatures.  The water content within the grapes thus freezes and the grapes are carefully pressed shortly after picking to draw only the sweet sugary pulp.

Antinori 1997 Chianti Classico Riserva

Sangiovese dominant blend from the iconic wine-region of Chianti in the heart of Tuscany.

Chianti Classico wines must contain a minimum of 80% of Sangiovese. The remainder can be made from native grapes such as Canaiolo or Colorino, as well as international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Wines made only from Sangiovese have been permitted since 1996.

Classed as a Chianti Classico Riserva, this wine must have been aged for a minimum of 24 months including 3 months of bottle ageing.
