Château Rauzan-Gassies 1983
From the appellation of Margaux, Château Rauzan-Gassies is a 2nd Growth (2ème Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.
Their wine is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured for 12-14 months in French Oak barrels. Cabernet Sauvignon makes up a minimum of three quarters of the final blend of Château Rauzan-Gassies.

Château Rauzan-Gassies is situated in the Margaux appellation of the Médoc region in Bordeaux, France.
Originally part of the gigantic Rauzan estate in the mid 17th century, it was split up over time into the smaller properties of Rauzan-Gassies, Rauzan-Ségla, Marquis de Terme and Ch. Desmirail.
