Chateauneuf-Du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations.  Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the wines are blends of up to 13 different grape varieties.  Grenache is commonly the dominant grape, with Syrah and Mourvedre the leading supporting cast.

The Féraud family has been operating wine estates since 1670, however It was not until 1987 that the \"Domaine du Pégau\" was created. Féraud is an old and respected name in Chateauneuf du Pape and the family and Domaine are considered one of the main Châteauneuf-du-Pape winemakers.

Cuvée Réservée is composed of 80% Grenache, 6% Syrah, 4% Mourvedre and 10% other grapes; matured in large, old oak barrels for 2 years.

Ex-whisky cask fermented, dry Gewurztraminer from the renowned Grand Cru vineyard of Rangen in the Alsace region of eastern France.

The pressed juice for this Gewurztraminer was filled into an ex-Port Charlotte whisky barrel for fermentation. The barrel was used to mature \"Whisky Sponge\" Edition 4, a 2002 Port Charlotte.
