Domaine Fourrier 'Vieille Vigne' 2004 Gevrey-Chambertin

Old-Vine Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Gevrey-Chambertin. Matured for 18 months in Burgundy barrels, 20% new oak.

The renowned Domaine Fourrier has been run since 1994 by Jean-Marie Fourrier, who worked previously as an apprentice under Henry Jayer and at the Domaine Drouhin in Oregon. 

Domaine du Pégau \"Cuvée Réservée\" 2003 Chateauneuf-Du-Pape

Chateauneuf-Du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations.  Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the wines are blends of up to 13 different grape varieties.  Grenache is commonly the dominant grape, with Syrah and Mourvedre the leading supporting cast.

The Féraud family has been operating wine estates since 1670, however It was not until 1987 that the \"Domaine du Pégau\" was created. Féraud is an old and respected name in Chateauneuf du Pape and the family and Domaine are considered one of the main Châteauneuf-du-Pape winemakers.

Cuvée Réservée is composed of 80% Grenache, 6% Syrah, 4% Mourvedre and 10% other grapes; matured in large, old oak barrels for 2 years.

Dow's 1966 Vintage Port

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character.  Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades.

One of the great houses of Port- the name Dow has been associated with quality Port wine from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley for over two centuries.

Domaine Robert Arnoux 'Les Corvées Pagets' 1996 Nuits-St-Georges 1er-Cru 2x75cl

Pinot Noir from the Premier-Cru vineyard of Les Corvées Pagets within the Burgundian appellation of Nuits-Saint-Georges.

The acclaimed Domaine Robert Arnoux was established in 1858. Today, it is run by Charles Lachaux who represents the family's sixth generation. From the 2007 vintage, the wines from this Domaine have been labelled under the name Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux.

Del Bondio Cabernet Sauvignon 1997 Rutherford, Napa Valley 4x75cl

Cabernet Sauvignon from the Rutherford AVA, located within California's renowned Napa Valley.

The Del Bondio family originally purchased land to farm in Napa Valley in the late 1800s making them one of the oldest grape growing families in the area. The family opened their Del Bondio winery in the early 2000s, however it appears the estate is no longer producing wine at this time.

Domain Zind-Humbrecht \"Wine Sponge\" Gewurztraminer 2020 Alsace Grand-Cru 150cl

Ex-whisky cask fermented, dry Gewurztraminer from the renowned Grand Cru vineyard of Rangen in the Alsace region of eastern France.

The pressed juice for this Gewurztraminer was filled into an ex-Port Charlotte whisky barrel for fermentation. The barrel was used to mature \"Whisky Sponge\" Edition 4, a 2002 Port Charlotte.

This is a 1.5 litre magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Deinhard 'Rudesheimer Berg Rottland' Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese 1967 Rheingau

Sweet Riesling from the single vineyard, Rüdesheimer Berg Rottland, by the village of Rüdesheim in the Rheingau region in west-central Germany.

Trockenbeerenauslese, or TBA for short, translates to \"dry berry selection\". Made from handpicked individually selected fully ripe or overripe grapes, which the best are infested by noble rot. It is the absolute sweetest style of German wine and an utterly rare delight.

William Fevre \"Grenouilles\" 2002 Chablis Grand-Cru 

Chardonnay from the renowned Grand Cru vineyard of Grenouilles, within the iconic French appellation of Chablis; Matured for 14-15 months including 5-6 months on fine lees in French oak barrels for around half of the cuvée.

Chablis is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing famous Chardonnay, which unlike other Chardonnay wines, rarely uses oak-ageing.

The Grenouilles vineyard is the smallest Climat in the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, covering less than 10 hectares. 

Wine Society The Society's Crusted Port / Bottled 1972

Crusted Ports are Ruby Ports blended from multiple vintages, matured in oak casks for a period of approximately 3 years before being bottled without filtration. During normal filtration, grape sediment would be removed from the Port; without filtration, this sediment remains within the wine, eventually forming a solid crust which adds slight complexity. The premise behind Crusted Ports is to achieve a wine which falls somewhere between a normal Ruby and a Late Bottled Vintage Port in terms of complexity and flavour development.

Domaine Weinbach 'Clos des Capucins' Tokay Pinot Gris 1989 Alsace 2x75cl

Pinot Gris from the single walled vineyard of Clos des Capucins in the eastern French wine-region of Alsace. The historic Domaine Weinbach was first established as the Capuchins monastery in 1612.

For several centuries, Alsatian Pinot Gris wines carried the name Tokay d'Alsace ot Tokay Pinot Gris.

Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru walled-vineyard of Clos Des Chenes within the classic Burgundian appellation of Volnay.

Domaine Pierre Cros 'Entre La Vigne et La Mer' 2016 Minervois 6x75cl

A syrah and Mourvèdre blend from the appellation of Minervois in the south of France.

Minervois is an AOC in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are the dominant grape varieties. Carignan and Cinsault are among the supporting cast which can contribute a maximum of 40% of the blend.

Old vine Pinot Gris from the famed eastern French wine-region of Alsace. This wine is likely to be semi-sweet, however this cannot be confirmed. 

For several centuries, Alsatian Pinot Gris wines carried the name Tokay d'Alsace ot Tokay Pinot Gris.
