Chile is a major wine-producing country located in South America, known for its rich and flavourful red wines, particularly those made from the Carmenère grape. The country occupies only a small part of the South American continent, however its long and narrow geographical footprint is home to a rich variety of climate and terroir, contributing to a wide range of wine styles.
