Pinot Gris from the single walled vineyard of Clos des Capucins in the eastern French wine-region of Alsace. The historic Domaine Weinbach was first established as the Capuchins monastery in 1612.

For several centuries, Alsatian Pinot Gris wines carried the name Tokay d'Alsace ot Tokay Pinot Gris.

Domaine Pierre Cros 'Entre La Vigne et La Mer' 2016 Minervois 6x75cl

A syrah and Mourvèdre blend from the appellation of Minervois in the south of France.

Minervois is an AOC in the Languedoc-Roussillon wine region. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre are the dominant grape varieties. Carignan and Cinsault are among the supporting cast which can contribute a maximum of 40% of the blend.

Tempranillo dominant blend from the iconic Marques De Murrieta in the Rioja region of northern Spain.Castillo Ygay is the estate's flagship wine; Matured in oak barriques for a period in excess of the minimum 12 months required to classify as Reserva.

Marqués de Murrieta is the oldest family winery based in Rioja, concentrating exclusively on the production of premium Reserva and Gran Reserva wines since 1852.

Domaine Zind-Humbrecht Vieille Vigne Tokay d'Alsace 1982 Alsace 3x75cl

Old vine Pinot Gris from the famed eastern French wine-region of Alsace. This wine is likely to be semi-sweet, however this cannot be confirmed. 

For several centuries, Alsatian Pinot Gris wines carried the name Tokay d'Alsace ot Tokay Pinot Gris.

Dow's 1984 LBV Port

1984 Late Bottled Vintage Port from the house of Dow's. Bottled in 1990.

Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) Port is a specific style of Ruby Port in which the fortified wine - from a single, specified vintage - is aged for an extended period of time before bottling. Unlike Vintage Ports, LBV Ports do not continue to mature in the bottle.

One of the great houses of Port- the name Dow has been associated with quality Port wine from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley for over two centuries.

Masseria Altemura 'Sasseo' Primitivo 2013 Salento 150cl

Primitivo (aka Zinfandel) from the region of Salento, Puglia in southern Italy: typically matred for 12 months in French oak. 

This is a 1.5 litre magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

M.Chapoutier 'Monier De La Sizeranne' 2000 Hermitage 

Syrah from the iconic northern Rhône Valley appellation of Hermitage: matured for around 18 months in French oak with newer vintages seeing a portion matured in concrete tanks. 

Monier de la Sizeranne comes from a blending of different vineyards including; Les Bessards, Le Méal and les Greffieux.

Maison Chapoutier is without doubt one of the oldest and most renowned names in the Rhône producing some of the finest Hermitage. Today Chapoutier is both a negociant and wine maker and are active all over the Rhone valley in every major appellation owning close to 25% of the entire appellation.

Muga Prado Enea 2011 Rioja Gran Reserva

Tempranillo dominant blend from the northern Spanish DOC of Rioja; Classified as a Gran Reserva, this wine was matured for a minimum period of 24 months in oak barrels.

This wine is a blend of; 80% Tempranillo with 20% Garnacha, Mazuelo and Graciano.

Muga Prado Enea 2011 Rioja Gran Reserva

Tempranillo dominant blend from the Rioja region in northern Spain. Classified as a Gran Reserva, this wine was matured for a minimum period of 24 months in oak barrels.

Rioja is arguably Spain's top wine region and is one of only two regions classified under the Denominación de Origen Calificada (DOCa) system. Other than Tempranillo and Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo (Carignan) are also used in the red wines of Rioja.

D'Arenberg Dead Arm Shiraz 2007 McLaren Vale

Old-vine Shiraz from the McLaren Vale wine-region, just south of Adelaide; Matured for 22 months in new French and American oak barriques.

D’Arenbergs flagship wine, Dead Arm Shiraz, takes it's name from the Dead Arm vine disease caused by the fungus Eutypa Lata. One half of the vine slowly becomes reduced to dead wood when the grapes on the other side, while low yielding, display higher intensity.

This Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a single vineyard of old vines located in the renowned Clos Quebrada de Macul vineyard.

Typically made from a blend of 85%+ Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
