A super sweet ice cider from Quebec, Canada.

Made in much the same style and process as the famed Ice Wine;

Ice wine is a particularly decadent style of sweet wine, in which the grapes are left of their vines for an extended period of time, well into the winter, and are only picked - by hand and in the middle of the night - after a suitable period of constant cold temperatures.  The water content within the grapes thus freezes and the grapes are carefully pressed shortly after picking to draw only the sweet sugary pulp.

The grapes were affected by the \"Noble Rot\", botrytis cinerea, which dehydrates the grapes to raisins, leaving only the sweet sugary pulp with which to make the most incredible sweet wine.
