Bodegas Riojanas 'Monte Real' 2006 Rioja Reserva 2x75cl

100% Tempranillo from the Rioja region in northern Spain; Classified as a Reserva, this wine was matured for a minimum period of 12 months in oak barrels.

Rioja is arguably Spain's top wine region and is one of only two regions classified under the Denominación de Origen Calificada (DOCa) system. Other than Tempranillo and Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo (Carignan) are also used in the red wines of Rioja.

Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier Ayler \"Kupp\" Riesling Auslese 1983 Mosel

Semi-sweet Riesling from the single vineyard, Kupp by the village of Ayl on the north bank of the River Saar in Germany's Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-region.

The Bischöfliche Weingüter Trier estate was born from the union of 3 renowned German estates unified in 1966: Bischöfliches Konvikt (created in 1840), Bischöfliches Priesterseminar (created in 1773) and Hohe Domkirche (created in 1851).

Auslese is typically a medium-sweet style of German wine, made from late-harvested grapes.

Lagunilla 2002 Rioja Gran Reserva

Tempranillo dominant red wine from the Rioja region in northern Spain; Classified as a Gran Reserva, this wine was matured for a minimum period of 24 months in oak barrels.

Luccarelli Primitivo 2013 Puglia

Château Cantemerle 'Les Trois Moulins De Cantemerle' 1990 Haut-Medoc

Les Trois Moulins De Cantemerle was the second wine from the 5th-Growth (5eme-Cru) Haut-Medoc estate, Chateau Cantemerle, prior to being renamed Les Allées de Cantemerle.

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured in French Oak barrels for approximately 12 months.

A super sweet ice cider from Quebec, Canada.

Made in much the same style and process as the famed Ice Wine;

Ice wine is a particularly decadent style of sweet wine, in which the grapes are left of their vines for an extended period of time, well into the winter, and are only picked - by hand and in the middle of the night - after a suitable period of constant cold temperatures.  The water content within the grapes thus freezes and the grapes are carefully pressed shortly after picking to draw only the sweet sugary pulp.

Les Caves de Bennwihr Gewurztraminer Selection De Grains Noble 1989 Alsace 37.5cl

Sweet Gewürztraminer from the eastern French wine-region of Alsace.

The grapes were affected by the \"Noble Rot\", botrytis cinerea, which dehydrates the grapes to raisins, leaving only the sweet sugary pulp with which to make the most incredible sweet wine.
