The Tenuta dell’Ornellaia Winery was founded in 1981 by Marchese Lodovico Antinori, brother of the esteemed Piero Antinori and is one of Italy's most respected and iconic wineries in the area today. The Ornellaia wine is considered one of Italy's leading Bordeaux-style reds.
This 1997 vintage is made from a blend of: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc.
