\"Les Forts De Latour\" is the second wine from the famed 1st-Growth (1er-Cru) Pauillac estate, Chateau Latour.

Many people do not consider it to be a \"second\" wine, but rather a wine in its own right, with the level of a fifth or even fourth cru classé.

Compared to the \"Grand Vin\", Les Forts De Latour features a higher proportion of Merlot (25-30%) in the Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend, and is matured in a lower proportion of new oak (50-60%) barrels.

Grand Siècle is a blend of three vintages in order to recreate the perfect year. Since 1959, Grand Siècle has been been produced only 25 times.

The house of Laurent-Perrier was founded in 1811 by by André Michel Pierlot in the Grand Cru village of Tours-sur-Marne, and produces both vintage and non-vintage cuvee. The identity of Laurent-Perrier Champagne centres on Chardonnay, but also brings together the best Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier terroirs.

Chateauneuf-Du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations.  Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the wines are blends of up to 13 different grape varieties.  Grenache is commonly the dominant grape, with Syrah and Mourvedre the leading supporting cast.

The Féraud family has been operating wine estates since 1670, however It was not until 1987 that the \"Domaine du Pégau\" was created. Féraud is an old and respected name in Chateauneuf du Pape and the family and Domaine are considered one of the main Châteauneuf-du-Pape winemakers.

Cuvée Réservée is composed of 80% Grenache, 6% Syrah, 4% Mourvedre and 10% other grapes; matured in large, old oak barrels for 2 years.

Our monthly auctions end from 7:00 PM (UK local time) on the closing date. If a bid is placed after 7:00 PM on any lot, the entire auction will be extended by an additional two minutes. 

The auction will end once all bidding has ceased for two minutes. Based on previous auction activity, the auction will continue for several hours and is most likely to finish between 9pm - 11pm (UK local time).
