Released to celebrate the historic partnership between Bollinger and 007 on the 50th anniversary of 007’s appearance on screen. Presented in a box inspired by the shape of a Walther PPK silencer which opens by aligning the three figures 007.

Founded in 1829, Bollinger is one of the last independent Champagne houses. The house continues to be run by members of the Bollinger family to this day. The House’s 178 hectares are planted with 85% of Grand Cru and Premier Cru vines, the majority of which are Pinot Noir which is dominant in their wines.

Cabernet Sauvignon dominant Bordeax-style blend from California's renowned Napa Valley: aged for 17-20 months in 80-100% new French oak.

The renowned Pahlmeyer Proprietary Red is a full blend of 70-90%  Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc.

This is a 1.5 litre magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.
