La Chapelle is produced from a blend of top Hermitage hillside parcels — Bessards, Le Méal, and Les Greffieux — and takes its name from the small Saint-Christophe chapel which sits atop the hill of Hermitage overlooking the river Tain.
Beginning with the release of the 2021 vintage, La Chapelle no longer carries the Jaboulet name and is instead labelled under Domaine de La Chapelle.
