The Domaine de Trévallon rouge is made from an even blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon which is aged for more than 2 years.
Founded in 1973 by Eloi Dürrbach on his parents' property in the Medieval town of Les Baux-de-Provence, Domaine de Trévallon has quickly become of the southern France’s best known estates with a reputation for it's long aged and naturally made wines. The estate produces one red and one white wine.
France is widely recognized as one of the world's premier wine-producing countries, renowned for its diverse range of wine styles and regions, including Champagne, Bordeaux, and Burgundy.
Vin de Pays was a French wine classification, now replaced by Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP). It designated wines of higher quality than table wine but with fewer restrictions than AOC wines. Allowing regional expression and diverse grape varieties, Vin de Pays wines offered a balance between tradition and flexibility in winemaking.
