The Dom Perignon Andy Warhol limited edition Champagne collection was the first time the iconic Champagne brand changed the colour of its distinct label. The Design Laboratory at Central Saint Martin’s School of Art & Design, the Andy Warhol Foundation, and Moet and Chandon Dom Perignon collaborated to create six different artsy Dom Perignon labels for the 2000 and 2002 vintages.
Dom Pérignon is a Champagne brand based in the town of Épernay, France. It is named after Dom Pérignon, a Benedictine monk who was an important quality pioneer for Champagne wine in the 17th century. Dom Pérignon is always a vintage Champagne, meaning that all grapes used come from the same year.
France is widely recognized as one of the world's premier wine-producing countries, renowned for its diverse range of wine styles and regions, including Champagne, Bordeaux, and Burgundy.
AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) is France’s official wine classification system, regulating geographic origin, grape varieties, viticulture, and winemaking practices to ensure quality and authenticity. It protects traditional regional wine styles and names.
