100% Merlot from the tiny DOC of Val d'Arno Di Sopra, located by the south-east border of Chianti; Matured in 1/3 new French Oak barriques for 18 to 20 months.
First produced in 1994, Petrolo is made of grapes from a vineyard of the same name which was planted between the end of the 80’s and half of the 90’s.
