Château Malescot Saint Exupéry, located in the appellation of Margaux, was ranked as a 3rd-Growth (3ème-Cru) Grand Cru estate in the famed 1855 Classification of the Médoc.
Their wines are typically composed of approximately 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot; matured for 14-16 months in 80-100% new French Oak barrels.
Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry is situated in the Margaux appellation of the Médoc region in Bordeaux, France.
It owes its name to two former owners: Simon Malescot, who acquired the estate in 1697, and Count Jean-Baptiste de Saint-Exupéry, who owned it from 1827 to 1853.
France is widely recognized as one of the world's premier wine-producing countries, renowned for its diverse range of wine styles and regions, including Champagne, Bordeaux, and Burgundy.
