The 113 hectare vineyard of Château Beaumont is in a single block and is planted to: 53 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot.
This 2010 vintage is made from a blend of: 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. The wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in barrels with one-third renewed each year.
Château Beaumont is located in the Haut-Médoc appellation of Bordeaux, France. The winery has a history dating back to the 18th century. Currently owned by Société Grands Millésimes de France, the estate is known for producing elegant, age-worthy red wines from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.
