Campbell's Muscat / Half Bottle
Made from fully ripe Muscat grapes left on the vines for an extended period until the shrivelling to raisins concentrates the sweet sugary pulp within, partially fermented leaving a high residual-sugar content, fortified with grape-spirit and then barrel-aged in a Madeira-like fashion to enhance and enrichen flavours.
