Les Hautes Brusquieres is produced from a single vineyard from the Brusquières plot.

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Morey-Saint-Denis.

The renowned Domaine Dujac was established in 1967 in Morey-Saint-Denis when the Seysses family purchased Domaine Graillet and renamed it Domaine Dujac after founder, Jacques Seysses. The same family continue to run the estate to this day. In 2000, the family also created a négociant business, with wines like these bottled under Dujac Fils & Père.

Domaine Des Tilleuls Phillpe Livera 2007 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand-Cru

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian Grand Cru vineyard Chapelle-Chambertin located in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation 

Chapelle-Chambertin covers 5.5 hectares (13.5 acres) of land, and is one of the smaller grand crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. It produces it's red wines from Pinot Noir grapes only. 

Domaine Denis Mortet 'Les Longeroies' 2011 Marsannay

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Marsannay: aged for 18 months in 20% new oak barrels.

As of 2025 the average age of the 1.10 hectare Les Longeroies vineyard is 50 years.

Clos de Vougeot, also referred to as Clos Vougeot, is a large walled vineyard established in the 11th Century by Cistercian monks of the Cîteaux Abbey. Planted with 100% Pinot Noir, it considered one of the finest grand cru vineyards in the Côte de Nuits subregion of northern Burgundy.

Didier Dagueneau 2005 Blanc Fume De Pouilly

Sauvignon Blanc from the iconic Loire Valley appellation of Pouilly-Fumé, located directly across the river from the equally famous appellation of Sancerre.

The Pouilly-Fumé appellation was created in 1937 and was originally named Blanc Fumé de Pouilly. The appellation exclusively produces white wines from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with a distinctive smoky ('fumé) character. Not to be confused with Burgundy's Pouilly-Fuisse which is Chardonnay based.

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house. 

One of the great houses of Port- the name Dow has been associated with quality Port wine from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley for over two centuries.

Domaine Long-Depaquit - Albert Bichot 'Moutonne' Monopole 2007 Chablis Grand-Cru

Old-vine Chardonnay from the Monopole Grand-Cru vineyard of La Moutonne in the iconic French appellation of Chablis; matured for 10 months in 75% stainless steel vats and 25% in 1-5 year old oak barrels- final ageing is complete in 100% stainless steel vats.

Chablis is located in northern Burgundy and is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing world renowned cool-climate Chardonnay. Compared to other Burgundian Chardonnays, Chablis wines typically have little or no oak influence- though many of the Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines receive some maturation in oak barrels.

The vineyard of La Moutonne has an average vine age of 46 years.

Krug 'Private Cuvée' Extra Sec 1961 Vintage Champagne

An incredibly old 1961 vintage champagne from the renowned house of Krug.

Krug is part of the wider Moët Hennessy group of companies. While the house is headquartered in Reims, a new winery is being developed at the Clos d'Ambonnay site and is due to open in 2023. Although no longer owned by the Krugs, the family is still heavily involved with sixth-generation Olivier Krug Director of the House today.

Klein Constantia 1998 Vin de Constance 50cl

A renowned naturally super-sweet dessert wine from the Constantia wine-region of South Africa. Made made from 100% vine-dried muscat de Frontignan. Aged for 3 years in a combination of 50% new oak and acacia barrels, as well as large format foudres.

The approach used to create Vin de Constance is unique to Klein Constantia, tailored from historic information used to make the iconic sweet wines of Constantia in the 1700’s. From these records they have recreated a style of Muscat de Frontignan involving numerous winemaking techniques in order to create this sweet wine. 

Domaine La Soumade 2000 Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Rasteau 6x75cl

Grenache dominant blend (80%) from the village of Rasteau in the southern Rhône Valley regional appellation of Côtes-du-Rhône Villages.

Since 2009, Rasteau has been officially recognised as an appellation in its own right.

Semi-sweet Riesling from the single vineyard of Rauenthaler Baiken in the Rheingau region of west-central Germany.

Kabinett (Cabinet) is the lightest style of German wine. It is made from grapes which were picked at full ripeness (but not late-harvested) and the style typically ranges from dry to off-dry with well balanced residual sweetness and acidity.

Vieilles Vignes is the flagship cuvée from Domaine de la Janasse . It is made from vines planted in following years: 40%-1920, 40%-1965, 10%-1976 and 10%-1993: matured for 12 months in foudres and demi-muids. 

This is a 1.5 litre magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.
