Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier 1990 Musigny Grand-Cru 5x75cl

Pinot Noir from the Grand Cru vineyard of (Le) Musigny, within the renowned Burgundian appellation of Chambolle-Musigny, in the heart of the Côte de Nuits.

Jacques-Frédéric Mugnier own a 1.14 acre plot of the Musigny vineyard. The vines were planted in 1947, 1962 and 15% replanted in 1997 which is used for their \"village\" cuvee.

Château Montrose 1989 Saint-Estèphe 2eme-Cru 6x75cl

Château Montrose is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc, and is frequently referred to as one of the leading \"Super Seconds\" - 2nd Growth wines of quality comparable to the 1st Growths.

Typically a classic Bordeaux-blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the left-bank appellation of Saint-Estèphe; Matured for approximately 18 months in 60% new French Oak barrels.

Château Latour 1982 Pauillac 1er-Cru

From the Pauillac appellation and ranked as one of the original four 1st Growths (1er-Cru) in the famed 1855 Classification of Médoc, Château Latour is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates.

Château Latour's Grand Vin is a classic left-bank Bordeaux-blend, produced exclusively from grapes picked from old-vines with Cabernet Sauvignon contributing to over 90% of the final blend.; Maturation takes place in French Oak barrels for 18 months.

Domaine Ponsot 1992 Chambertin Grand-Cru 3x75cl

Pinot Noir from the famed Grand Cru Burgundian appellation and vineyard of Chambertin, within the subregion of Côte-de-Nuits.

The renowned Chambertin Grand-Cru vineyard and appellation is located in the Côte de Nuits subregion of Burgundy and can produce some of the world's most iconic wines. The appellation is permitted to produce only red wine from Pinot Noir grapes, although regulations allow up to 15% of the white wine grapes; Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc to be blended into the red wine, however this is rarley practised.

Les Forts de Latour 1982 Pauillac 6x75cl

Les Forts de Latour is the second wine from the famed 1st-Growth (1er-Cru) Pauillac estate, Chateau Latour.

Many people do not consider it to be a \"second\" wine, but rather a wine in its own right, with the level of a fifth or even fourth cru classé.

Compared to the \"Grand Vin\", Les Forts de Latour features a higher proportion of Merlot (25-30%) in the Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend, and is matured in a lower proportion of new oak barrels (50-60%).

Château Lafite-Rothschild 1982 Pauillac 1er-Cru

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; matured in new oak barrels for between 18 to 20 months.

Château Lafite Rothschild is an iconic first-growth property in Pauillac, North West of Bordeaux, France and is one of the most esteemed wine estates in the world. The first known recorded reference of Lafite dates all the way back to 1234 with vines first planted around the late 17th century by the Ségur family.

Lafite was listed as one of only four 1st Growths in the famed 1855 Classification of Medoc - though sister-estate Château Mouton-Rothschild gained promotion from 2nd (2eme Cru) to 1st-Growth in 1973.

Vega Sicilia 'Unico' 1976 Ribera del Duero Gran Reserva

Unico is made from a Tinto Fino (aka Tempranillo) dominant blend from the Ribera Del Duero region in northwest Spain; matured in a combination of new and used oak barrels and in bottle for approximately 10 years - long exceeding the minimum requirements for the Gran Reserva.

Vega Sicilia is one of Spain's most renowned wineries, responsible for three iconic wines: \"Unico\" Gran Reserva, \"Unico\" Reserva Especial and \"Valbuena\".

Domaine François Raveneau 'Butteaux' 2003 Chablis 1er-Cru 4x75cl

Chardonnay from the Premier Cru vineyards of Butteaux in the iconic French appellation of Chablis.

Chablis is located in northern Burgundy and is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing world renowned cool-climate Chardonnay. Compared to other Burgundian Chardonnays, Chablis wines typically have little or no oak influence- though many of the Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines receive some maturation in oak barrels.

Falletto di Bruno Giacosa 'Rabajà' 2001 Barbaresco 2x75cl

Nebbiolo from the legendary single vineyard of Rabajà within the renowned Piedmont region of Italy.

DOC Barbaresco is one of the great - yet largely unsung - wines of Italy.  Similar to it's more famous neighbour, Barolo; Barbaresco is made from Nebbiolo grapes and must be aged for a minimum of 26 months (at least 9 months in wooden barrels) prior to release.

Domaine Denis Mortet 1994 Gevrey-Chambertin 3x75cl

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Gevrey-Chambertin, within the subregion of Côte-de-Nuits.

Gevrey-Chambertin is the largest wine-producing village in Burgundy's Côte d'Or. The renowned region is home to 26 Premier Cru and 9 Grand-Cru climats which can produce some of the world's most sought-after wines. The appellation is permitted to produce only red wine from Pinot Noir grapes, although regulations allow up to 15% of the white wine grapes; Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc to be blended into the red wine, however this is rarley practised.

Giuseppe Rinaldi 1971 Barolo 178cl

Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines”,  must always be made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes-, and matured for a minimum period of 38 months, 18 of which must be in oak barrels - (traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks).

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piemonte, Most of the estates are small and family-owned, therefore production of wines from the Barolo DOCG is low.

Produced by Giuseppe Rinaldi- one of the most famous names in Piedmont.

This is a 1.78 litre magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Stella di Campalto 'Bosco' 2018 Brunello di Montalcino 300cl

Single vineyard, 100% Sangiovese from the Tuscan town of Montalcino.

Brunello di Montalcino is one of the great under-appreciated wines of Italy.  100% Sangiovese which undergoes an extended period of pre-fermentation maceration to extract maximum colour, flavour and tannins which affords the wine its ability to mature for long periods.  Brunello di Montalcino must be aged in oak - commonly Slavonian oak - for a minimum of 2 years, though traditionally winemakers would age their Brunellos in oak for at least 3 years before release.

The San Giuseppe Winery takes its name from the sharecropping estate established by Giuseppe Martelli in 1910. Abandoned in 1940, the estate was acquired by the Stella Viola di Campalto in 1992.

This is a 3 litre double magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Salon Cuvée ‘S’ Le Mesnil Blanc-de-Blancs Brut 1983 Vintage Champagne

1983 vintage Champagne from the House of Salon's famed Le Mesnil vineyard.

Salon is a unique champagne. A single terroir, a single cru and a single grape variety. It is produced only in exceptional years (there were only 37 releases in the entirety of the 20th century).

Blanc-De-Blancs wines are made exclusively from white grapes- most commonly 100% Chardonnay.

Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande 1988 Pauillac 2eme-Cru 7x75cl

Located in the Pauillac appellation, Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse De Lalande is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

The wines of Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse De Lalande, often shorted to Château Pichon Lalande, tend to feature a higher proportion of Merlot within their Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blends, than other estates within the Pauillac appellation; Matured in new French Oak barrels for approximately 18 months.

Domaine Prieuré Roch 2019 Chambertin-Clos de Bèze Grand-Cru

Old vine Pinot Noir from the prestigious Burgundian Grand Cru vineyard and appellation of Clos de Bèze in the northern end of Côte de Nuits.

Clos de Bèze was founded in the 12th century by the monks of the Abbey of Bèze. This wine comes from a 1,0136 hectare plot of vines that, as of 2025, are approximately 85 years old. 

Based in Prémeaux, Domaine Prieuré-Roch (DPR) is a prestigious wine producer founded in 1988 by Henry-Frédéric Roch.

Château Lynch-Bages 1983 Pauillac 5eme-Cru 9x75cl

From the appellation of Pauillac, Château Lynch-Bages is a 5th Growth (5eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Médoc.

The Château Lynch-Bages wine is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant (60-80%), left-bank Bordeaux-blend; Matured for a period of 15-18 months in 50-75% new French oak barrels.

Domaine Leflaive 2011 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand-Cru

Chardonnay from the iconic Grand Cru Burgundian vineyard and appellation of Chevalier-Montrachet.

Founded in 1717 and an entirely family run domaine since its creation, Domaine Leflaive is one of the most famous estates in Puligny-Montrachet-often described as Burgundy’s greatest white wine domaines.

The Domaine typically ages it's white wines for 12 months in 20-25% new oak.

Domaine Georges Roumier 'Les Cras' 1998 Chambolle-Musigny 1er-Cru

Burgundian Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru vineyard of Les Cras in the renowned appellation of Chambolle-Musigny, in the subregion of Côte-de-Nuits, Burgundy; matured for approximately 14 months in 25% new oak. 

Domaine Georges Roumier was founded in 1924 and is one of Burgundy's great estates. 

Taylor's 1947 Vintage Port

An incredibly old 1947 vintage Port from the renowned house of Taylor's. Bottled for Corney and Barrow Ltd.

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house. 

Taylor Fladgate & Yeatman, more commonly known as \"Taylor’s\" was founded in 1692 and is one of the largest, oldest and most well-known of all the founding Port houses with over three centuries of production.

Châ​teau Lafleur 1985 Pomerol

The wine of Châ​teau Lafleur is made from a fairly balanced blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from the right-bank Bordeaux appellation of Pomerol; Matured for approximately 18 months in around 50% new small oak barrels.

The Châ​teau has been in the same family since it was established in 1872 by Henri Greloud. It was originally part of the same property as Chateau Le Gay but was later divided between Henri's sons making the seperate estates Chateau Le Gay and Lafleur.

Graham's 1963 Vintage Port 5x75cl

1963 vintage Port from the house of Graham's. Bottled in 1965.

Graham’s, one of the most famous names in the Port trade, was established in 1820 by William and John Graham. Today Graham’s remains a family-owned firm after being acquired by the Symington family in 1970. 

Sergio Zenato 1990 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva 10x75cl

Amarone della Valpolicella is one of Italy's most iconic wines. As with all Valpolicellas, the wine is a blend of the Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grape varieties.  

Amarone is produced through a process of partially rack-drying grapes - to increase concentration of both natural grape flavours and sugars - for approximately 4 months before winemaking begins.  The result is a wine of atypical power, concentration and alcohol content with an ability to benefit from long periods of maturation.

This wine is from the Classico sub-region which is deemed to produce wines of particularly esteemed quality.

Château Calon-Ségur 1993 Saint-Estèphe 3eme-Cru 11x75cl

From the Bordeaux appellation of Saint-Estèphe, Château Calon-Ségur is a 3rd Growth (3eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc. The Château is home to one of the few walled vineyards in the Left Bank and is the most northerly of all the Médoc Grand-Crus Classés.

Typically a classic Bordeaux-blend of Cabernet Sauvignon dominance, with Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot; Matured in 100% new oak barrels for 18-20 months.

Château Angélus 1993 St-Emilion 1er-Grand-Cru 5x75cl

Founded in the 18th Century, Chateau Angélus, known as Château L'Angélus until 1990, is a highly respected estate within the right-bank Bordeaux appellation of Saint-Émilion- promoted to Premier Grand Cru Classé A status in the 2012 reclassification. In 2022 Château Angélus withdrew it's application from the official Saint-Émilion classification system.

The wine is typically an even blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc; matured in new oak barrels for 18-22 months.

Château Rayas Reserve 1996 Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations. Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the appellation is most commonly known for its Grenache-dominant red wines with Syrah and Mourvèdre lead the cast of supporting grapes. White wines are also produced in exceedingly smaller volumes.

Château Rayas is one of the leading estates of Chateauneuf-Du-Pape. Unlike most estates, their wine is 100% Grenache which comes from a small ten-hectare vineyard, matured in huge old oak vats for approximately 16 months prior to bottling.

Mascarello 1961 Barolo Riserva Speciale 4x72cl

Barolo, often referred to as \"The King Of Wines\" is always made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, as a Riserva classification, this wine was matured in oak for a minimum period of 62 months, including 18 months in wood- traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks.

Krug 'Private Cuvée' Extra Sec 1955 Vintage Champagne

An incredibly old 1955 vintage champagne from the renowned house of Krug.

Krug is part of the wider Moët Hennessy group of companies. While the house is headquartered in Reims, a new winery is being developed at the Clos d'Ambonnay site and is due to open in 2023. Although no longer owned by the Krugs, the family is still heavily involved with sixth-generation Olivier Krug Director of the House today.

M.Chapoutier \"Le Pavillon\" 2014 Ermitage 6x75cl

Syrah from the iconic Maison Chapoutier located in the northern Rhône Valley appellation of Hermitage (originally known as \"Ermitage\"). This wine is matured for 18-20 months in oak casks (with a 30% average proportion of new).

Maison Chapoutier is without doubt one of the oldest and most renowned names in the Rhône producing some of the finest Hermitage. Today Chapoutier is both a negociant and wine maker and are active all over the Rhone valley in every major appellation owning close to 25% of the entire appellation.

Giuseppe Quintarelli 1983 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 3x75cl

Amarone della Valpolicella is one of Italy's most iconic wines.  As with all Valpolicellas, the wine is a blend of the Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella grape varieties.

The renowned Quintarelli was founded in the 1920s by Silvio Quintarelli. His son, Giuseppe Quintarelli took over the estate in the 1950s and became a legendary pioneer of Valpolicella wines and one of the most revered winemakers in Italy. Today his daughter Fiorenza and her husband run the estate.
