Dujac Fils & Père 2010 Morey-St-Denis

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Morey-Saint-Denis.

The renowned Domaine Dujac was established in 1967 in Morey-Saint-Denis when the Seysses family purchased Domaine Graillet and renamed it Domaine Dujac after founder, Jacques Seysses. The same family continue to run the estate to this day. In 2000, the family also created a négociant business, with wines like these bottled under Dujac Fils & Père.

Domaine du Vieux Telegraphe 1990 Chateauneuf-du-Pape

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations. Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the appellation is most commonly known for its Grenache-dominant red wines with Syrah and Mourvèdre lead the cast of supporting grapes. White wines are also produced in exceedingly smaller volumes.

The vineyards of Domaine Du Vieux Telegraphe are located on the celebrated plateau, La Crau, where vines have an average age of sixty years. Vieux Télégraphe has been owned by the Brunier family since 1891 and is one of the most renowned estates in the Southern Rhône Valley. Vieux Telegraphe Rouge is matured in French Oak barrels for approximately 20-22 months. 

Domaine Des Tilleuls Phillpe Livera 2007 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand-Cru

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian Grand Cru vineyard Chapelle-Chambertin located in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation 

Chapelle-Chambertin covers 5.5 hectares (13.5 acres) of land, and is one of the smaller grand crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. It produces it's red wines from Pinot Noir grapes only. 

Domaine Denis Mortet 'Les Longeroies' 2011 Marsannay

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Marsannay: aged for 18 months in 20% new oak barrels.

As of 2025 the average age of the 1.10 hectare Les Longeroies vineyard is 50 years.

Clos de Vougeot, also referred to as Clos Vougeot, is a large walled vineyard established in the 11th Century by Cistercian monks of the Cîteaux Abbey. Planted with 100% Pinot Noir, it considered one of the finest grand cru vineyards in the Côte de Nuits subregion of northern Burgundy.

Didier Dagueneau 2005 Blanc Fume De Pouilly

Sauvignon Blanc from the iconic Loire Valley appellation of Pouilly-Fumé, located directly across the river from the equally famous appellation of Sancerre.

The Pouilly-Fumé appellation was created in 1937 and was originally named Blanc Fumé de Pouilly. The appellation exclusively produces white wines from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with a distinctive smoky ('fumé) character. Not to be confused with Burgundy's Pouilly-Fuisse which is Chardonnay based.

The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house. 

One of the great houses of Port- the name Dow has been associated with quality Port wine from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley for over two centuries.

A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Malbec from Catena's extreme high-altitude vineyards within Mendoza, Argentina: aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. 

Domaine Long-Depaquit - Albert Bichot 'Moutonne' Monopole 2007 Chablis Grand-Cru

Old-vine Chardonnay from the Monopole Grand-Cru vineyard of La Moutonne in the iconic French appellation of Chablis; matured for 10 months in 75% stainless steel vats and 25% in 1-5 year old oak barrels- final ageing is complete in 100% stainless steel vats.

Chablis is located in northern Burgundy and is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing world renowned cool-climate Chardonnay. Compared to other Burgundian Chardonnays, Chablis wines typically have little or no oak influence- though many of the Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines receive some maturation in oak barrels.

The vineyard of La Moutonne has an average vine age of 46 years.

Nyetimber 'Blanc-de-Blancs' 1992 English Sparkling

From the renowned Nyetimber estate located in the English county of West Sussex, this 1992 vintage sparkling wine has been made in the style - and same, traditional process- of Champagne, from France.

Of all non-Champagne sparkling wines, many of those produced in the south of England come closest in terms of style and quality.  With similarities in soils and climates, grape varieties (Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) which grow well, and method of production, it is natural that flavour will follow also.

Blanc-de-Blancs wines are made exclusively from white grapes- most commonly 100% Chardonnay.

Domaine La Soumade 2000 Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Rasteau 6x75cl

Nyetimber 'Classic Cuvee' 2010 English Sparkling 150cl

2010 vintage sparkling from the renowned Nyetimber estate in the English county of West Sussex, made in the style - and same, traditional process- of Champagne, from France.

Classic Cuvee is made from a blend of 55-65% Chardonnay, 30-40% Pinot Noir and 5-15% Pinot Meunier and includes 20-35% reserve wines. Produced from estate grown grapes from West Sussex & Hampshire.

Disznókő '5 Puttonyos' 1993 Tokaji Aszú 50cl

The wines of the famed Tokaji wine region of northeastern Hungary are predominantly produced from the white wine grapes Furmint, which are left on the vines until affected by the noble fungus, Botrytis Cinerea, which dehydrates the grapes to raisins, leaving only the sweet sugary pulp.

Tokaji wines are classified by sweetness, from 1 Puttonyos (dry) to 7 Puttonyos (absolute sweetness) and can be produced from the following grapes; Furmint, Hárslevelű, Yellow Muscat, Zéta (aka Oremus), Kövérszőlő and Kabar.
