Les Hautes Brusquieres is produced from a single vineyard from the Brusquières plot.

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Morey-Saint-Denis.

The renowned Domaine Dujac was established in 1967 in Morey-Saint-Denis when the Seysses family purchased Domaine Graillet and renamed it Domaine Dujac after founder, Jacques Seysses. The same family continue to run the estate to this day. In 2000, the family also created a négociant business, with wines like these bottled under Dujac Fils & Père.

Domaine Des Tilleuls Phillpe Livera 2007 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand-Cru

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian Grand Cru vineyard Chapelle-Chambertin located in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation 

Chapelle-Chambertin covers 5.5 hectares (13.5 acres) of land, and is one of the smaller grand crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. It produces it's red wines from Pinot Noir grapes only. 

Domaine Denis Mortet 'Les Longeroies' 2011 Marsannay

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Marsannay: aged for 18 months in 20% new oak barrels.

As of 2025 the average age of the 1.10 hectare Les Longeroies vineyard is 50 years. 

Domaine Confuron-Cotetidot 1999 Clos-Vougeot Grand-Cru

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian Grand Cru vineyard and appellation of Clos-Vougeot.

Clos de Vougeot, also referred to as Clos Vougeot, is a large walled vineyard established in the 11th Century by Cistercian monks of the Cîteaux Abbey. Planted with 100% Pinot Noir, it considered one of the finest grand cru vineyards in the Côte de Nuits subregion of northern Burgundy.

L'If 2013 Saint-Émilion

A classic Merlot dominant, right-bank Bordeaux-blend from the appellation of Saint-Émilion: aged for 12-16 months in 50% new oak barrels. 

Saint-Émilion is located in the Libournais district of Bordeaux's Right Bank. Merlot is the primary grape variety used in the wines blended with Cabernet Franc and/or Cabernet Sauvignon. Carmenere, Petit Verdot and Malbec are also permitted but rarely used.

Didier Dagueneau 2005 Blanc Fume De Pouilly

Sauvignon Blanc from the iconic Loire Valley appellation of Pouilly-Fumé, located directly across the river from the equally famous appellation of Sancerre.

The Pouilly-Fumé appellation was created in 1937 and was originally named Blanc Fumé de Pouilly. The appellation exclusively produces white wines from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with a distinctive smoky ('fumé) character. Not to be confused with Burgundy's Pouilly-Fuisse which is Chardonnay based.

Dow's 1983 Vintage Port 2x75cl

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house. 

One of the great houses of Port- the name Dow has been associated with quality Port wine from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley for over two centuries.

Domaine Long-Depaquit - Albert Bichot 'Moutonne' Monopole 2007 Chablis Grand-Cru

Old-vine Chardonnay from the Monopole Grand-Cru vineyard of La Moutonne in the iconic French appellation of Chablis; matured for 10 months in 75% stainless steel vats and 25% in 1-5 year old oak barrels- final ageing is complete in 100% stainless steel vats.

Chablis is located in northern Burgundy and is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing world renowned cool-climate Chardonnay. Compared to other Burgundian Chardonnays, Chablis wines typically have little or no oak influence- though many of the Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines receive some maturation in oak barrels.

The vineyard of La Moutonne has an average vine age of 46 years. 

La Croix de Beaucaillou 2003 Saint-Julien 2x75cl

From the appellation of Saint-Julien, Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc, and frequently regarded as one of the leading \"Super Seconds\".

La Croix De Beaucaillou is the estate's second wine, composed of almost-equal proportions of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot; matured for approximately 12 months in around 60% new oak barrels.

Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is one oldest estates in the Medoc dating back to the 13th century. The 75-hectare vineyard has an average vine age of 35 years, however, Ducru-Beaucaillou also has old vines. Their oldest plot is the Les Sadons parcel was planted all the way back in 1918

Les Forts de Latour 1983 Pauillac

Les Forts de Latour is the second wine from the famed 1st-Growth (1er-Cru) Pauillac estate, Chateau Latour.

Many people do not consider it to be a \"second\" wine, but rather a wine in its own right, with the level of a fifth or even fourth cru classé.

Compared to the \"Grand Vin\", Les Forts de Latour features a higher proportion of Merlot (25-30%) in the Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend, and is matured in a lower proportion of new oak barrels (50-60%).

La Rioja Alta '904' 1994 Rioja Gran Reserva

Produced only in exceptional years, \"904\" is an old-vine Tempranillo dominant blend; matured for 4.5 years in American Oak barrels - far exceeding the minimum requirements for classification as a Gran Reserva.

Established in 1890, La Rioja Alta continues to be one of the benchmarks for traditionally produced Rioja wine today.

Rioja is arguably Spain's top wine region and is one of only two regions classified under the Denominación de Origen Calificada (DOCa) system. Other than Tempranillo and Garnacha, Graciano and Mazuelo (Carignan) are also used in the red wines of Rioja.
