Domaine de la Charbonnière 'Les Hautes Brusquieres Cuvee Speciale' 1998 Châteauneuf-du-Pape  6x75cl

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations.  Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the appellation is most commonly known for its Grenache-dominant red wines with Syrah and Mourvèdre lead the cast of supporting grapes. White wines are also produced in exceedingly smaller volumes.

Les Hautes Brusquieres is produced from a single vineyard from the Brusquières plot.

Gould Campbell 2004 Vintage Port 4x75cl

2004 vintage Port from the house of Gould Campbell. Bottled in 1985.

Founded in 1797 by Irishman Garret Gould- who initially started trading as a Port shipper under the name Gould Brothers and Co, and acquired by the Symington family in 1970, Gould Campbell is an unusual Port house in that it doesn’t have Quintas (Vineyards) associated with it. It instead chooses to source grapes from local farmers in the area around Pinhão and the Rio Torto in the heart of the Douro winemaking region

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house.

Greenock Creek Vineyard & Cellars was founded in 1984 and exclusively produces single-vineyard wines.

Barossa Valley is amongst Australia's oldest and most renowned wine regions. The internationally recognised region has a Mediterranean climate and is synonymous with Australia's signature grape, Shiraz. The area also boasts some of the world's oldest continually producing Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Riesling vines. Other prominent grapes of the region include, Semillon, Viognier and Mouvedre.

The renowned Domaine Dujac was established in 1967 in Morey-Saint-Denis when the Seysses family purchased Domaine Graillet and renamed it Domaine Dujac after founder, Jacques Seysses. The same family continue to run the estate to this day. In 2000, the family also created a négociant business, with wines like these bottled under Dujac Fils & Père.

Domaine Des Tilleuls Phillpe Livera 2007 Chapelle-Chambertin Grand-Cru

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian Grand Cru vineyard Chapelle-Chambertin located in the Gevrey-Chambertin appellation 

Chapelle-Chambertin covers 5.5 hectares (13.5 acres) of land, and is one of the smaller grand crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. It produces it's red wines from Pinot Noir grapes only. 

Domaine Denis Mortet 'Les Longeroies' 2011 Marsannay

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian appellation of Marsannay: aged for 18 months in 20% new oak barrels.

As of 2025 the average age of the 1.10 hectare Les Longeroies vineyard is 50 years.

Clos de Vougeot, also referred to as Clos Vougeot, is a large walled vineyard established in the 11th Century by Cistercian monks of the Cîteaux Abbey. Planted with 100% Pinot Noir, it considered one of the finest grand cru vineyards in the Côte de Nuits subregion of northern Burgundy.

Didier Dagueneau 2005 Blanc Fume De Pouilly

Sauvignon Blanc from the iconic Loire Valley appellation of Pouilly-Fumé, located directly across the river from the equally famous appellation of Sancerre.

The Pouilly-Fumé appellation was created in 1937 and was originally named Blanc Fumé de Pouilly. The appellation exclusively produces white wines from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, with a distinctive smoky ('fumé) character. Not to be confused with Burgundy's Pouilly-Fuisse which is Chardonnay based.

Domaine Long-Depaquit - Albert Bichot 'Moutonne' Monopole 2007 Chablis Grand-Cru

Old-vine Chardonnay from the Monopole Grand-Cru vineyard of La Moutonne in the iconic French appellation of Chablis; matured for 10 months in 75% stainless steel vats and 25% in 1-5 year old oak barrels- final ageing is complete in 100% stainless steel vats.

Chablis is located in northern Burgundy and is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing world renowned cool-climate Chardonnay. Compared to other Burgundian Chardonnays, Chablis wines typically have little or no oak influence- though many of the Grand Cru and Premier Cru wines receive some maturation in oak barrels.

The vineyard of La Moutonne has an average vine age of 46 years.

Cornas is a French Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée (AOC) in the northern Rhône wine region of France, south of Lyon. It is one of the smallest appellations in the Rhône valley and is permitted to produce only red wine made from 100% Syrah grapes.

Giuseppe Mascarello & Figlio Monprivato 2018 Barolo

From the single vineyard of Monprivato in the village of Castiglione Falletto and bottled after six years of ageing including 30 months in Slovonian oak barrels.

Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines”,  must always be made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes-, and matured for a minimum period of 38 months, 18 of which must be in oak barrels - (traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks).

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piemonte, Most of the estates are small and family-owned, therefore production of wines from the Barolo DOCG is low.

Domaine La Soumade 2000 Côtes-du-Rhône Villages Rasteau 6x75cl

Grenache dominant blend (80%) from the village of Rasteau in the southern Rhône Valley regional appellation of Côtes-du-Rhône Villages.

Since 2009, Rasteau has been officially recognised as an appellation in its own right.
