Châ​teau Petrus 2018 Pomerol

Châ​teau Petrus is undisputedly the top wine estate in the Bordeaux right-bank appellation of Pomerol and rightly lays claim to being one of the most famous estates in the world of wine.  Unofficially recognised as a \"Premier Grand Cru\" (no such classification exists in Pomerol), Petrus is considered first-among-equals with the likes of Mouton- and Lafite-Rothschild in regards to both quality and iconic stature. As there is no second wine at Pétrus, where the declassified juice ends up is one of the wine world’s great mysteries.

Petrus is small estate of just 11.4 hectares (28 acres) and produces its single-varietal wine entirely from Merlot grapes. Prior to 2010, small amounts of Cabernet Franc were used in some vintages. The wines are aged in 100% new oak barrels for an average of 20 months.

Famed Burgundian Pinot Noir from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti's exceptional Grand Cru vineyard and appellation, Échézeaux.

Domaine de la Romanée-Conti or simply “DRC” is undoubtedly the most renowned estate in Burgundy today. The domaine uses 100% new oak to mature their wines which comes from their private supply in the Troncais forest.

Domaine Leflaive 'Les Pucelles' 2009 Puligny-Montrachet 1er-Cru 300cl

Chardonnay from the Premier Cru vineyard of Les Pucelles in the iconic Burgundian appellation of Puligny-Montrachet, within the subregion of Côte-de-Beaune; matured for 12 months in oak casks.

Founded in 1717 and an entirely family run domaine since its creation, Domaine Leflaive is one of the most famous estates in Puligny-Montrachet-often described as Burgundy’s greatest white wine domaines.

This is a 3 litre double magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Domaine de la Romanée-Conti 1972 La Tâche

Famed Burgundian Pinot Noir from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti's monopole Grand Cru vineyard and appellation, La Tâche.

Domaine de la Romanée-Conti or simply “DRC” is undoubtedly the most renowned in Burgundy. Their annual production of La Tâche is limited with only around 1,500 cases produced each year.

Château Lynch-Bages 1995 Pauillac 5eme-Cru 12x75cl

Château Lynch-Bages is a 5th Growth (5eme Cru) estate in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux. Château Lynch-Bages is also the name of the red wine produced by this property. The wine produced here was classified as one of eighteen Cinquièmes Crus in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.

Dom Pérignon Brut Vintage 2002 Champagne 3x75cl / Andy Warhol Editions

The Dom Perignon Andy Warhol limited edition Champagne collection was the first time the iconic Champagne brand changed the colour of its distinct label. The Design Laboratory at Central Saint Martin’s School of Art & Design, the Andy Warhol Foundation, and Moet and Chandon Dom Perignon collaborated to create six different artsy Dom Perignon labels for the 2000 and 2002 vintages. 

Dom Pérignon is only available as a vintage champagne and is only produced in exceptional years. Each vintage is made from an approximate blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from many grapes from Grand Cru vineyards. It takes it's name from Dom Pierre Pérignon, a Benedictine monk who was an important quality pioneer for Champagne wine in the 17th century.

Domaine Jean Grivot 2000 Vosne-Romanée 6x150cl

Pinot Noir from the renowned Burgundian appellation of Vosne-Romanée. 

Domaine Jean Grivot is amongst the great names in Burgundian wine with a long history in Vosne-Romanée, dating back to the end of the 18th century.

Château d'Yquem 1959 Sauternes 1er-Cru-Superior

An incredibly old 1959 vintage Château d'Yquem.

The famed Chateau d'Yquem's signature Sauternes wine is made with 80% Semillon and 20% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. These grapes are affected by noble rot, left on the vines until affected by the noble fungus, Botrytis Cinerea, which dehydrates the grapes to raisins, leaving only the sweet sugary pulp with which to make the most incredible sweet wine. With a yield limited to one glass per vine, Château d'Yquem is a Sauternes wine whose rareness contributes to its prestige.

One of the world’s most prized and enviable wines, Château d’Yquem is Sauternes’ only classified Premier-Cru-Supérieur, and recognised as one of the top wines of Bordeaux.

Domaine Clair-Daü 'Les Champs Perdrix' 1982 Vosne Romanée

Pinot Noir from single vineyard of Les Champs Perdrix in the Burgundian appellation of Vosne Romanée.

The great Domaine Clair-Dau was founded in 1919 in Marsannay. In 1985 it was split after 76 years with the renowned Louis Jadot acquiring a substantial portion of the property.

Châ​teau La Tour Figeac 2009 St-Emilion Grand Cru 12x75cl

Merlot dominant, right-bank Bordeaux-blend from the Grand Cru Classé estate of Châ​teau La Tour Figeac within the appellation of Saint-Emilion;

Typically a blend of 60-70% Merlot and 30-40% Cabernet Franc, matured for 10-13 months in 50% new oak barrels. 

The property was once part of the neighbouring Château Figeac that covered as much as 200 hectares (500 acres) in the 19th century.

Doudet-Naudin 1976 Corton Grand-Cru 4x73cl​

Doudet-Naudin ages their red wines for several months in French oak barrels- according to Burgundy tradition.

Dow's 1985 Vintage Port 12x75cl

1985 vintage Port from the house of Dow's, bottled in 1987.

Vintage Port is a specific style of Ruby Port which is made only in exceptional years and from the ripest grapes. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character.  Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades.

One of the great houses of Port- the name Dow has been associated with quality Port wine from the vineyards of the Upper Douro Valley for over two centuries.

Founded in 1717 and an entirely family run domaine since its creation, Domaine Leflaive is one of the most famous estates in Puligny-Montrachet-often described as Burgundy’s greatest white wine domaines.

Leflaive & Associés is the Domaine’s négotiant business which buys grapes from growers in other Côte de Beaune appellations.

Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux 2008 Latricières-Chambertin Grand-Cru

Pinot Noir from the Burgundian Grand Cru appellation of Latricières-Chambertin.

From the acclaimed Domaine Arnoux-Lachaux, previously named Domaine Robert Arnoux which was established in 1858. Today, it is run by Charles Lachaux who represents the family's sixth generation.

Domaine Jean-Louis Chave 1988 Hermitage

Old-vine Syrah from the iconic northern Rhône Valley appellation of Hermitage; Matured in small oak barriques for approximately 18 months.

The Chaves estate can be traced back to 1481 making it one of the oldest in the northern Rhône. They are one of the largest landowners on the hill of Hermitage, with 9.3 hectares of organically-grown Syrah. There are a further 4 hectares of Hermitage dedicated to white grapes - Marsanne and Roussanne.

Doudet-Naudin 2014 Clos Saint-Denis Grand-Cru 6x75cl

This Burgundian Pinot Noir is from the Grand Cru appellation of Clos Saint-Denis by the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, within the subregion of the Côte-de-Nuits.

Château Lafite-Rothschild 2002 Pauillac 1er-Cru

Château Lafite Rothschild is an iconic first-growth property in Pauillac, North West of Bordeaux, France with vines first planted in the late 16th century by the Ségur family. It achieved its top-tier rank in 1855 and has been in the Rothschild family since 1868.

Lafite was listed as one of only four 1st Growths in the famed 1855 Classification of Medoc - though sister-estate Château Mouton-Rothschild gained promotion from 2nd (2eme Cru) to 1st-Growth in 1973.

Château Lafite-Rothschild 1981 Pauillac

Château Latour 1966 Pauillac 1er-Cru

From the Pauillac appellation and ranked as one of the original four 1st Growths (1er-Cru) in the famed 1855 Classification of Médoc, Château Latour is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates.

Château Latour's Grand Vin is a classic left-bank Bordeaux-blend, produced exclusively from grapes picked from old-vines with Cabernet Sauvignon contributing to over 90% of the final blend.; Maturation takes place in French Oak barrels for 18 months.

Château Haut-Brion 1992 Pessac-Léognan 1er-Grand-Cru

From the appellation of Pessac-Léognan (originally Graves before 1987), Château Haut-Brion is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates, listed as one of only five 1st Growth (1er-Cru) in the famed 1855 Classification of Médoc. Although Haut Brion was located in Graves (the other four are in the Médoc), the Château was recognised for the exceptional quality of its wines and has always merited its place amongst the finest wines of Bordeaux and indeed the world.

The wines of Château Haut-Brion feature varying compositions of approximately 40-50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40-60% Merlot, with Cabernet Franc; matured in oak barrels (approximately 70-80% new) for 18-22 months.

Château​ Latour à Pomerol 1990 Pomerol 4x75cl

Merlot dominant (90-100%), right-bank Bordeaux-blend; matured in French Oak barrels for approximately 18 months.

The exact origins of Château​ Latour à Pomerol are not clear, however the estate remains one of the leading Pomerol properties today. In 2002 the estate was donated to the Fondation de Foyers de Charité de Châteauneuf de Galaure. Since 1962 the property has been run and farmed by the renowned Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix.
