Itata Valley

Itata Valley is a wine producing region located in southern Chile, known for its old vines, organic and biodynamic farming practices, and unique style of wines, particularly with the Pais grape. The valley's cool and wet climate, coupled with its granite and volcanic soil, creates a distinctive terroir that results in wines with high acidity and bright fruit flavours, as well as a rustic and earthy character.
