Torbreck The Pict 2004
The Pict is a single vineyard Mataró (aka Mourvédre) from the renowned Barossa Valley in South Australia.
This 2004 vintage comes from a single plot of ancient vines in the Moppa sub-region and was aged for 24 months in new French oak barriques.
Torbreck Vintners
Torbreck, named after a forest in Scotland, was founded in 1994 by Dave Powell and has quickly become one of the most revered producers in Australia, creating wines from renowned vineyards in the area. The first wine made under the Torbreck label was the 1995 RunRig, which was released in 1997.
