A dry white wine made from from the tiny and relatively unknown region of L'Etoile located in the centre of the Jura wine region of France- famous for it's Vin Jaune wines.
Vin Jaune, French for yellow wine, is a unique oxidative wine which shares many similarities with Fino Sherry, but unlike Sherry, it is not fortified and is always dry. These wines have incredible ageing potential.
