While not a classified estate itself - as only established by Henri Martin in the 1940s - Château Gloria was formed as a result of numerous vineyard purchases from St-Julien estates ranked within the 1855 Classification of the Medoc including Beychevelle, Léoville-Poyferré and Gruaud-Larose.
