"Y" or "Ygrec" d'Yquem is a Sémillon dominant white wine from the prized Sauternes estate of Château d’Yquem.
While the grapes were grown in vineyards within Sauternes, due to appellation regulations, as a dry table-wine, "Y" was declassified to the regional appellation of Bordeaux.
