First made in 1960, Bin 389 is often referred to as ‘Baby Grange’ because components of the wine are matured in the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. The wine a is multi-vineyard, multi-region blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz from South Australia.
Established in 1844 by Dr. Christopher Rawson Penfold, this winery has a rich history of producing world-class Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as other varietals. Penfolds is known for its innovative winemaking techniques, including the creation of the renowned Penfolds Grange.
Australia is a major wine-producing country, particularly renowned for its wines from the Barossa Valley and Coonawarra regions.
