In under 30 years since it's creation, Le Dôme has become something of a contemporary cult winery in a greater region more accustomed to wineries with histories and reputations dating back centuries.
Eschewing regional norms, Le Dome is made with a staggeringly high (70-80%) proportion of Cabernet Franc, with old-vine Merlot playing an unfamiliar supporting role.
