Jacques Selosse Lieux-dits 'Les Carelles' Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut

Very dry Champagne from the renowned Champagne House of Jacques Selosse.

Les Carelles is produced using a blend of 100% Chardonnay grapes from all vintages from 2003-2009, sourced exclusively from the Grand Cru vineyard of the same name located in the village of Mesnil-sur-Oger.

Blanc-De-Blancs Champagne are made exclusively from the white grape variety, Chardonnay.

This is a 1.5 litre magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Ridge Monte Bello Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 California 2x75cl

An iconic name in Californian wine making, Ridge vineyards only began in the 1960's, however, wine has been produced at the site underthe name 'Monte Bello Winery' since 1885. Renowned for producing world-class Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel and Chardonnay, their Bordeaux-style blends are considered rivals to these from the great Bordeaux Chateaux.

Remoissenet Pere & Fils was founded in 1877 in Beaune. The highly regarded Blanchot Dessus vineyard is a small 1.1 hectare site - considered to be of equal quality to that of a Grand Cru vineyard.

Dry white wine made from old vine Pinot Auxerrois from the eastern French wine-region of Alsace: matured in stainless steel or large oak barrels depending on the vintage. 

H is made from two plots of vines located in the Grand-Cru vineyard of Hengst that have an average age of 60 years. Pinot Auxerrois is not recognized as a “noble” grape variety in Alsace and is therefore not entitled to the Grand Cru appellation.
