Domaine de la Romanée-Conti or simply “DRC” is undoubtedly the most renowned in Burgundy. Their annual production of La Tâche is limited with only around 1,500 cases produced each year.

Perrier-Jouët \"Belle Époque\" Blanc-De-Blancs 2007 Vintage Champagne 300cl

2007 vintage Champagne from Perrier-Jouët's prestige brand, Belle Époque. Blanc-De-Blancs wines are made exclusively from the white grape variety, Chardonnay.

Belle Époque was first created in 1964. The iconic bottles are decorated with Japanese white anemones flowers created by Art Nouveau master Emile Gallé in 1902. Until the year 2011, “Perrier-Jouët \"Belle Époque\" was labelled as 'Fleur de Champagne' in the USA.

This is a 3 litre bottle also known as a Jeroboam or double magnum bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Château Haut-Brion 1929 Pessac-Léognan 1er-Grand-Cru

From the appellation of Pessac-Léognan (originally Graves before 1987), Château Haut-Brion is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates, listed as one of only five 1st Growth (1er-Cru) in the famed 1855 Classification of Médoc. Although Haut Brion was located in Graves (the other four are in the Médoc), the Château was recognised for the exceptional quality of its wines and has always merited its place amongst the finest wines of Bordeaux and indeed the world.

The wines of Château Haut-Brion feature varying compositions of approximately 40-50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40-60% Merlot, with Cabernet Franc; matured in oak barrels (approximately 70-80% new) for 18-22 months.

Château Le Pin 1987 Pomerol

Château Le Pin (or simply Le Pin) is, without doubt, one of the most famous names in wine today. It is located in the right-bank Bordeaux appellation of Pomerol and is highly regarded for its 100% Merlot wines.

Le Pin was founded in 1924 by the Laubie family and It takes it's name from a solitary pine tree that grows near the property. It was acquired by Jacques Thienpont in 1979 who is credited for it's late 20th century success. 

The estates vineyard total 2.7 hectares only meaning the wines are made in very small quantities – only around 400-600 cases per year. It is certainly one of the rarest and most expensive red wines of Bordeaux today.

Château Mouton-Rothschild is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates.  In spite of its prominence, the estate was listed as only a 2nd-Growth in the famed 1855 Classification of Medoc - an injustice that was finally confirmed with their promotion to the exclusive rank of 1st-Growth in 1973.

The vineyards of Château Mouton-Rothschild are planted to 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot - a ratio to which their wine roughly follows with slight annual variation; Matured in 100% new French Oak barrels for 18-22 months.

Chardonnay from the Premier Cru vineyard of Les Champs Gain in the iconic Burgundian appellation of Chassagne-Montrachet.

Domaine Lamy-Caillat has only 1.2 hectares of Chardonnay vines in Chassagne-Montrachet. Their Les Champs Gains vines are a tiny 0.125 hectare plot with an average age of 38 years old. These yield a limited amount of around 750 bottles per year.

Château Latour 1964 Pauillac 1er-Cru

From the Pauillac appellation and ranked as one of the original four 1st Growths (1er-Cru) in the famed 1855 Classification of Médoc, Château Latour is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates.

Château Latour's Grand Vin is a classic left-bank Bordeaux-blend, produced exclusively from grapes picked from old-vines with Cabernet Sauvignon contributing to over 90% of the final blend.; Maturation takes place in French Oak barrels for 18 months.
