Domaine Roulot is a renowned winery, officially founded by Guillaume Roulot in 1830 in Meursault, Burgundy. Since 1989, it has been run by Jean-Marc Roulot, son of the late Guy Roulot. The estate gained significant recognition under Guy Roulot in the 20th century for its single-vineyard Chardonnay bottlings. It transitioned to organic viticulture in 1998 and adopted biodynamic farming in the early 2000s.
Under his micro-négociant label, Jean-Marc Roulot also produces small quantities of other white wines, including Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru and Chevalier-Montrachet.
