From the Barsac appellation, Château Doisy Daëne is one-third of the original estate Château Doisy which was ranked as a Second Growth Premier Cru (2ème-Cru) in Bordeaux' famed 1855 Classification of the Médoc. The property has been owned by the Dubourdieu family since 1924. Château Doisy Daëne produces a Sauternes, Barsac and a dry white Bordeaux.
