Moulin-à-Vent is a Beaujolais Cru known for producing structured, age-worthy red wines from Gamay. Located in eastern France, its granitic soils contribute to the wines’ depth and complexity. Unlike other Beaujolais Crus, Moulin-à-Vent wines often develop characteristics similar to Burgundy’s Pinot Noir with age.
