Sweet white wine made from Scheurebe grapes from the single vineyard, Aufangen, by the village of Nierstein in the Rheinhessen wine-region just south-west of Frankfurt.

Beerenauslese is a German classification for a late harvest, very sweet wine. Beerenauslese, often called \"BA\" for short, wines are a category and level of sweetness above Auslese and are made from grapes affected by noble rot, i.e. "botrytised " grapes.
