Cariñena Blanca, also known as Carignan Blanc, is a rare white grape variety from Spain, believed to be a colour mutation of red Cariñena. Grown in limited quantities, it produces fresh wines with good acidity and citrus notes, often used in blends in north-eastern Spain and southern France.
