Created in 1937, the renowned Echézeaux Grand Cru appellation (AOC) is located in the Côtes de Nuits between Clos de Vougeot, Chambolle Musigny and Vosne-Romanée with approximately 80 vineyard owners. Only red wines made from the Pinot Noir grape are permitted.
