Originally from Alsace, Vincent Dancer established his small, well regarded Domaine based in Chassagne-Montrachet in 1996. His son, Théo Dancer, took over the estate in 2020 with wines now being produced under both Vincent and Théo Dancer labels. The estate uses minimal intervention and has been certified in organic farming since 2012.
