Fuella Nera, also known as Folle Noire, is a red grape variety primarily cultivated in the Bellet appellation near Nice in south-eastern France. It is valued for producing deeply coloured, aromatic red and rosé wines with low acidity. The vine exhibits vigour and adapts well to drought conditions but is susceptible to powdery mildew and grey rot. Short pruning and well-exposed sites are recommended for optimal growth.
