Braquet

Braquet is a rare red grape variety indigenous to the Bellet appellation near Nice in south-eastern France. Known for its delicate floral aromas and light colour, it is primarily used in rosé and red wines. Braquet thrives in hot, dry conditions and is susceptible to botrytis. Historically significant, it has been cultivated since at least the 18th century.
