Counoise

Counoise is a red grape variety traditionally grown in France’s southern Rhône Valley. It is often used in blends, particularly Châteauneuf-du-Pape to add freshness, acidity, and spicy notes. Counoise produces light-bodied wines with soft tannins and red fruit flavours.
