Ben Glaetzer Amon-Ra Shiraz 2006
Named after the ancient Egyptian god Amon-Ra, this is one of the Barossa Valley's iconic wines, produced from old-vine Shiraz (50-130 years old) from the famed Ebenezer sub district at the northern tip of the Barossa Valley. Matured for 16 months in 100% new oak hogshead barrels.
Glaetzer Wines
This family-owned boutique Glaetzer Wines was founded in 1995 by Colin Glaetzer, today the winery is run by respected winemaker and son of Colin, Ben Glaetzer. Ben sources all fruit from the northern sub-region of the Barossa, Ebenezer, which is known for its ancient dry-grown vineyards.
Shiraz
