Château Musar 1982 Bekaa Valley 3x75cl

Château Musar Red is a blend comprising of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Cinsault from Lebanon's Bekaa Valley; Aged in French oak for 12 months. 

Château Musar was created in 1930 by Gaston Hochar. In recent years Château Musar has become the first producer in Lebanon to achieve organic certification for its vineyards. Today the Chateau is one of the leading wineries increasing wide-spread recognition of Lebanon's wines and wine-history.

Mas de Daumas Gassac 1994 L'Herault 3x75cl

Renowned Cabernet Sauvignon dominant (65-80%) red wine blended with up to 20 grape varieties including; Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot, Syrah, Tannat, Petit Verdot and Carmenere: matured for 12-15 months in old oak barrels. 

From the Languedoc area of Southern France, this red wine is classified as \"Vin De Pays De L'Herault\" due to its use of grape varieties not permitted within the regional appellation's regulations.

Marques De Murrieta 'Castillo Ygay' 2007 Rioja Gran Reserva Especial

Tempranillo dominant blend from the iconic Marques De Murrieta in the Rioja region of northern Spain. Castillo Ygay is the estate's flagship wine; Matured in American Oak barriques for a period for a minimum of 24 months required to classify as Gran Reserva.

Marqués de Murrieta is the oldest family winery based in Rioja, concentrating exclusively on the production of premium Reserva and Gran Reserva wines since 1852.

Castillo Ygay is made each year from grapes sourced from the 40 hectare, single vineyard of La Plana, planted in 1950 at 485 metres above sea level. The Gran Reserva Especial is the estated flagship wine considered a benchmark in Rioja.

Château Leoville Las Cases 1998 Saint-Julien 2eme-Cru

From the St-Julien appellation, Chateau Leoville Las Cases is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

The compositions of Le Grand Vin de Léoville du Marquis de Las Cases varies with each vintage, yet are true to Bordeaux' classic left-bank formula of Cabernet Sauvignon dominance, Merlot moderance, some Cabernet Franc and a tiny dash of Petit Verdot; matured in French Oak barrels for approximately 18 months.

Clos Église 'Esprit De L'Église' 2013 Pomerol 6x75cl

Esprit De L'Eglise is the second wine of the Pomerol estate Clos L'Eglise. 

As per the grand vin the proportions are usually around 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. This estate was formally named Clos L'Eglise Clinet which changed to Chateau L'Eglise Clinet which eventually evolved to what we know today as Clos L'Eglise.

Château de Rayne Vigneau 2000 Sauternes 1er-Cru 11x75cl

Chateau Rayne Vigneau was ranked as a First Growth Premier Cru (1er-Cru) in Bordeaux' famed 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

The wines of Sauternes are produced from a blend of Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and occasionally a small amount of Muscadelle, left on the vines until affected by the noble fungus, Botrytis Cinerea, which dehydrates the grapes to raisins, leaving only the sweet sugary pulp with which to make the one of the worlds most sought after sweet wines.

Pinot Noir from the renowned Marlborough region at the northern point of New Zealand's South Island: aged for 11 months in French oak barrels. 

Cloudy Bay is one of New Zealand's most famous and recognisable wine brands.

Cos d'Estournel 1983 St-Estephe 2eme-Cru 2x75cl

From the Bordeaux appellation of Saint-Estèphe, Cos D'Estournel is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc, and is frequently referred to as one of the leading \"Super Seconds\" - 2nd Growth wines of quality comparable to the 1st Growths.

Their wine is typically a classic Bordeaux-blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (60-65%) and Merlot (35-40%), with newer vintages including small volumes of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

Markus Molitor 'Graacher Himmelreich' Pinot Noir *** 2014 Mosel

Pinot Noir from the single vineyard, Himmelreich by the village of Graach on the steep eastern bank of the famous Mosel river, just north of the town of Bernkastel-Kues.

Markus Molitor has been the owner of his family winery since 1984. The Molitor family has been producing wine in the Mosel for more than 8 generations. With the picturesque town of Bernkastel as a backdrop, they have fifteen steep sites along the Mosel river, devoted mostly to Riesling. Markus Molitor is widely regarded as a producer of exceptional quality wines.

The colour of the capsules on Markus Molitor wines represent a scale of dry to sweet: white is for dry, green is for off-dry and a gold cap for the sweet wines. The wines also carry a unique 1-3 star rating system, in which 3 stars are the rarest with highest quality. 

Château Palmer 1985 Margaux 3ème-Cru / Gallaire & Fils

Located in the appellation of Margaux, Château Palmer was ranked as a 3rd-Growth (3ème-Cru) Grand Cru estate in the famed 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend - these early vintages were Merlot dominant; Matured in French Oak barrels for 18-20 months.

Carruades de Lafite 2011 Pauillac

From the Pauillac appellation and ranked as one of the original four 1st Growths (1er-Cru) in the famed 1855 Classification of Médoc - prior to sister-estate Mouton-Rothschild's promotion in 1973 - Chateau Lafite-Rothschild is one of the great Bordeaux wine estates.

Carruades de Lafite is the second-wine from Chateau Lafite-Rothschild, with the grapes sourced from neighbouring vineyards and the wine featuring a blend of 50-70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30-50% Merlot and 0-5% Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Matured for 15-20 months in new oak barrels. 

Château Haut-Bailly 1989 Pessac-Leognan Grand-Cru 2x75cl

Located in the Bordeaux appellation of Pessac-Leognan, Chateau Haut-Bailly is a Grand Cru Classe estate, ranked within the 1959 Classification of Graves. Before 1987 the area of the appellation of Pessac-Léognan was part of the Graves AOC.

The wine of Château Haut-Bailly  is a classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant Bordeaux-blend; matured in French oak barrels for 16-18 months.

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house. 

Cockburn’s is one of the greatest names in Port, established by Scotsman Robert Cockburn in 1815, who returned to Portugal after first visiting the country as a soldier.

Clos des Papes 1986 Châteauneuf-du-Pape 3x75cl

1986 vintage from Clos des Papes- one of the most sought-after and highly regarded producers in Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations.  Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, the appellation is most commonly known for its Grenache-dominant red wines with Syrah and Mourvèdre lead the cast of supporting grapes. White wines are also produced in exceedingly smaller volumes.

Château de Beaucastel 'Vielles Vignes' 2004 Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2x75cl

Located in the Southern Rhône Valley, Châteauneuf-du-Pape is one of France's iconic appellations. The white wines of Châteauneuf-du-Pape are blends typically dominated by Roussanne, Marsanne and Grenache Blanc with various other native grape varieties.

Beaucastel's Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc is an old-vine blend of 80% Roussanne with varying quantities of Grenache Blanc, Picardan, Bourboulenc and Clairette; 20-30% of the wine is matured briefly in small oak barrels for 8 months.

Mascarello 1980 Barolo

Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines”,  must always be made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, and matured for a minimum period of 38 months, 18 of which must be in oak barrels - (traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks).

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piemonte, Most of the estates are small and family-owned, therefore production of wines from the Barolo DOCG is low.

Château Léoville-Barton 1947 Saint Julien 2eme-Cru

An incredibly old 1947 vintage from Château Léoville-Barton.

Château Leoville-Barton is a 2nd Growth (2eme Cru) estate which lies within the iconic terroir of Saint Julien in the Médoc. It is now one of only two chateau's from the 1855 Classification of the Medoc that remains in the hands of the same family that owned it at the time it was classified.

This wine is a typical Bordeaux-blend of Cabernet Sauvignon dominance (70-87%) with Merlot and Cabernet Franc; matured in a combination of new and used oak barrels for a period of 16-18 months.

Château​ Branaire-Ducru 1966 Saint-Julien 4eme-Cru

From the famed Bordeaux appellation of Saint-Julien, Château Branaire-Ducru (sometimes referred to simply as Château Branaire) is a 4th Growth (4eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

​The wine is a typical left-bank Bordeaux-blend featuring a high dominance of Cabernet Sauvignon, approximately 25% Merlot and tiny portions of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot; matured for a minimum of 18 months in 60% new French oak barrels.

M.Chapoutier 'Chante-Alouette' 2014 Hermitage Blanc 3x75cl

White wine made from the Marsanne grape from the iconic northern Rhone Valley appellation of Hermitage.

The grapes for this wine are produced from the Le Meal, Les Murets and Chante-Alouette vineyards. 

Maison Chapoutier is without doubt one of the oldest and most renowned names in the Rhône producing some of the finest Hermitage. Today Chapoutier is both a negociant and wine maker and are active all over the Rhone valley in every major appellation owning close to 25% of the entire appellation.

Château Brane-Cantenac 1983 Margaux 2ème-Cru 2x75cl

Château ​Brane-Cantenac is a 2nd Growth (2ème Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

Typically a classic Bordeaux-blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (40-60%), Merlot (35-55%) and Cabernet Franc (5-10%); matured in French Oak barrels for 18 months.

Brane-Cantenac has been producing wine since the 17th century-initially under the name of Domaine Guilhem H. Hostei. It has since belonged to the Lurton family since 1920. The estate also produces a second wine named Baron de Brane, also a label named Château Notton, and a regional Margaux.

Moët & Chandon American Independence Bicentennial 1776-1976 NV Champagne 800cl

Non-vintage Champagne from renowned Champagne House, Moët & Chandon. Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne, created in 1869.

Established in 1743 by Claude Moët, the world famous Moet & Chandon continues to be one of the world's largest champagne producers and most sought-after Champagne brands in the world.

This is an approximately an 8 Litre bottle. Large-format bottles are great for extended ageing periods due to the wine's slower rate of maturation.

Chateau Grand-Puy-Lacoste Saint Guirons 1958 Pauillac 5eme-Cru

From the Pauillac appellation, Chateau Grand-Puy-Lacoste is a 5th Growth (5eme Cru) estate in the 1855 Classification of the Medoc.

Classic Cabernet Sauvignon dominant, left-bank Bordeaux-blend; aged for approximately 18 months in 50% new oak barriques. 

As is common with historic Bordeaux properties, this Chateau has gone through a number of name changes from, Grand-Puy Saint-Guirons, Saint Guirons-Lacoste to Grand-Puy-Lacoste.
