Nebbiolo from the legendary single vineyard of Rabajà within the renowned Piedmont region of Italy.

DOC Barbaresco is one of the great - yet largely unsung - wines of Italy.  Similar to it's more famous neighbour, Barolo; Barbaresco is made from Nebbiolo grapes and must be aged for a minimum of 26 months (at least 9 months in wooden barrels) prior to release.

An incredibly old 1947 vintage Port from the renowned house of Taylor's. Bottled for Corney and Barrow Ltd.

Vintage Port is produced only in the most exceptional deemed years from a single harvest. The fermented wine is fortified before being aged for 2-3 years in massive oak vats which preserve the ripe fruit character. Upon bottling, the wines continue to age and can reward patient maturation for many decades. The decision to declare a vintage is made by the individual Port house.

Fontanafredda 1965 Barolo 6x72cl

Barolo, often referred to as the “king of wines”,  must always be made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes-, and matured for a minimum period of 38 months, 18 of which must be in oak barrels - (traditionally in large Slavonian oak casks).

Barolo wine comes from a traditional village of the same name located in the northern region of Piemonte. It is so revered that it was one of just three wines awarded DOCG status on the same day that the classification was introduced in July 1980. The region encompasses 11 villages in the heart of Piemonte, Most of the estates are small and family-owned, therefore production of wines from the Barolo DOCG is low.

Fontanafredda was founded in 1858 by the country’s first king, Vittorio Emanuele II. He purchased the estate in the Langhe region where he started producing wine from native varietals; Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo.

First released with the 1968 vintage, Sassicaia is one of Italy's greatest and most iconic wines.  A \"Super-Tuscan\" by nature of being made from grape varieties not native to Tuscany, and which pays significant homage - and competition - to Bordeaux.

The wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon dominant blend with Cabernet Franc; Matured for 20-25 months in French Oak barriques.

Chardonnay from the iconic Grand Cru hilltop vineyard of Vaudésir in the iconic Burgundian appellation of Chablis; Matured for 10-14 months in 80%, partially new oak barrels and 20% Stainless steel vats. 

Chablis is one of the most well-known wine regions in France producing famous Chardonnay, which unlike other Chardonnay wines, rarely uses oak-ageing.

Famille Perrin 'Les Hauts De Julien' 2011 Vinsobres 6x75cl

Old-vine (90+ years as of 2025) Grenache and Syrah blend from the appellation of Vinsobres in the southern Rhône Valley: aged for 12 months in 15% new oak barrels. 

Vinsobres wines must contain a minimum of 50% Grenache along with Syrah and Mourvèdre.

Two Hands 'Coach House Block' Shiraz 2008 Barossa Valley 3x75cl

Shiraz from the Coach House block of the larger Seppeltfiels vineyard, located within Australia's famed Barossa Valley just north of Adelaide.

Two Hands was established in 1999 by Michael Twelftree and Richard Mintz with the aim to produce top class, minimal intervention and oak use Shiraz from regions throughout Australia.

Tua Rita 'Giusto Di Notri' 2004 Tuscany 2x75cl

A Cabernet Sauvignon dominant Bordeaux style blend from the province of Livorno, located in the Tuscan wine-region; Aged for 18-20 months in French oak barrels.

The word \"Giusto\" refers to the name of the Patron Saint of Suvereto (the hilltop Tuscan town where Tua Rita is located) and \"Notri\" is the name of the winery's exact location.

A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot.

François Mikulski 2001 Meursault-Genevrières 1er-Cru

Chardonnay from the Premier Cru vineyard of Les Genevrières in the iconic the Burgundian appellation of Meursault.

Located in the in the Côte de Beaune sub-region, Meursault is considered to be the capital of Burgundy's great white wines. The appellation almost exclusively produces white wine made from Chardonnay, however a small amount red wine made from Pinot Noir can be found from the area.

Fuligni 2001 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva

100% Sangiovese from the Tuscan town of Montalcino.

Fuligni produce their Brunello di Montalcino Riserva only in the best deemed vintages. It is aged for 40 months in 20000-3000kg Slavonian oak barrels.

Brunello di Montalcino is one of the great under-appreciated wines of Italy.  100% Sangiovese which undergoes an extended period of pre-fermentation maceration to extract maximum colour, flavour and tannins which affords the wine its ability to mature for long periods.  Brunello di Montalcino must be aged in oak - commonly Slavonian oak - for a minimum of 2 years, though traditionally winemakers would age their Brunellos in oak for at least 3 years before release.

Taylor's Crusted Port / Bottled 1974

Crusted Ports are Ruby Ports blended from multiple vintages, matured in oak casks for a period of approximately 3 years before being bottled without filtration. During normal filtration, grape sediment would be removed from the Port; without filtration, this sediment remains within the wine, eventually forming a solid crust which adds slight complexity. The premise behind Crusted Ports is to achieve a wine which falls somewhere between a normal Ruby and a Late Bottled Vintage Port in terms of complexity and flavour development.
